Infrared Sauna FAQs
To enable infrared to penetrate tissues as deep as possible, we recommend wearing as little as possible.
A cotton towel, gym shorts or swimwear is perfect.
Sweat levels are different for everyone, sweating will increase with regular use.
ALWAYS BE SURE TO DRINK PLENTY OF WATER BEFORE YOUR SESSION

We do not recommend taking your phone, Smartwatches or other electronics into sauna.
Red Light/near Infrared loses effectiveness the further away you sit, to get the full effect sit as close to the LED panel as possible.
Drink at least 0.7 litres of water or electrolyte to rehydrate (this will be provided).
Dry off with a towel and allow the body to cool down naturally.
One session will leave you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated, similar to exercise.
